A Note from the Founder

I’m Hadiza, a professional makeup artist and beauty educator with over seven years of experience in the beauty industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working and collaborating with global beauty powerhouses like Sephora, Prada Beauty, Lancôme, Basma Beauty, L’Oréal Paris, Juvia’s Place, Revlon, and Skinfix. Each partnership has deepened my understanding of beauty as both an art form and a vessel for confidence.

I founded Saj Beautie on three pillars: passion, purpose, and possibility. However, its essence lies in a deeper purpose.

Saj Beautie was born from a place of healing—a quiet rediscovery that followed one of the most painful chapters of my life. After losing my best friend Pat, I found myself in a season of profound grief, searching for a way to feel whole again. In that quiet period of rediscovery, I turned to makeup.  What began as a simple hobby, a small act of self-care, became a journey of self-expression and strength.

That is the energy that lives within every Saj Beautie product. This is not just about beauty; it’s about the resilience it takes to show up as yourself. Saj Beautie is my heart, Pat’s memory, and the fire of my rediscovery, shared with you.

It is my hope that each product will serve as a reminder of your strength and that you are genuinely beautiful in all your brilliant authenticity.
